Zoho One Gets Major Overhaul With Smarter Intelligence and New UX

Zoho has rolled out a major overhaul of Zoho One, introducing a smarter intelligence layer, a refreshed interface and deeper built-in connections across its suite of more than 50 applications. The company said these upgrades will make work inside organisations more streamlined, secure and efficient.

Hariharan Muralimanohar, global head of marketing for Zoho One, explained that the platform has shifted from a collection of individual apps to a tightly unified system. According to Zoho, over 75,000 businesses worldwide now use Zoho One, with each organisation typically relying on about 22 different tools.

The most significant enhancement revolves around Zia, Zoho’s intelligent assistant. Zia can now bring together information from various Zoho products as well as external services, analyse it and provide clearer, more actionable responses.

New features include Zia Hubs, which automatically organise key documents like agreements and meeting recordings. Meanwhile, Ask Zia has been moved to the bottom toolbar so users can quickly pull up insights using simple prompts.

New Collaboration Tools, Integrations and Unchanged Pricing

The redesigned experience introduces “Spaces,” which group tools under Personal, Organisation and Department categories. Zoho says this reduces constant switching between apps by allowing search, workflow actions and automation within a single view. A more flexible action panel and a richer dashboard bring tasks, messages and data into one place.

Zoho has also introduced Vani, a visually oriented workspace designed to help teams collaborate with context. On the integration side, the platform now offers a unified panel for managing connections, a single Portal for cross-app administration and workflow-level improvements such as offboarding. The admin console has gained new capabilities including anomaly detection, Bring Your Own Keys and detailed audit trails.

Despite the expanded feature set, Zoho confirmed that pricing remains the same: ₹1,250 per employee per month for the All-Employee plan and ₹3,500 per user per month for the Flexible plan.
