Salesforce India’s Growth and Expansion

Salesforce India reported a 47% year-over-year revenue increase, reaching ₹13,384.5 crore for the financial year ending 31 March 2025, according to filings submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The company said it intends to speed up its work on agentic, AI-driven transformation as more enterprises shift their use of the Agentforce platform from trial phases to full-scale adoption.

India continues to be one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing regions, employing over 14,000 people across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, and Jaipur. The company is steadily expanding its customer network and partner ecosystem while also strengthening its investment in local talent.

Salesforce reported that its skill-building initiatives trained over 75,000 learners in 2025, and its Trailblazer community in India has now grown to more than 3.9 million members.

According to Salesforce, its strong growth is driven by increasing interest in AI-enabled and data-focused solutions across multiple industries. Its newly introduced Agentforce 360 platform brings together applications, data, metadata, and AI agents into one unified system.

The company noted that thousands of customers are already using the platform to generate value as they shift toward becoming what Salesforce describes as Agentic Enterprises.

Large organisations such as Air India, Tata Play, Tata Consumer Products, and Bandhan Bank use Salesforce tools to enhance customer engagement and advance digital transformation efforts. The company said the partnership between AI agents and human workers is opening doors to new operational models and income opportunities.

Arundhati Bhattacharya, president and CEO for Salesforce South Asia, said India “continues to be a powerhouse of growth and innovation” for the company.

She added that they are helping businesses embrace the Agentic Enterprise model by using AI not just for routine automation but to spark meaningful innovation that benefits customers, employees, and communities.

She also said Salesforce aims to support every organisation in becoming “intelligent, trusted, and prepared for the future.”

Rajesh Gopal, global chief digital officer at Tata Consumer Products, said the economic landscape shaped by AI and automation requires businesses to focus on both speed and efficiency.

He explained that leadership teams are intentionally investing in AI to enhance human performance and boost productivity, adding that rapid digital transformation is vital to meeting changing customer expectations and staying competitive in India’s evolving market.

Beyond its business initiatives, Salesforce stated that it has contributed over $10 million in lifetime donations to nonprofit organisations across India.
