Salesforce announced on Monday that its new intelligent automation platform, Agentforce 360, is now being rolled out globally. This platform will be integrated across Salesforce’s suite of cloud-based applications to help clients streamline repetitive tasks and boost productivity.

Technology companies are currently in a race to enhance their products with next-generation capabilities. As businesses seek to cut costs and improve efficiency, there’s a growing demand for smart tools that can act independently and support users in day-to-day operations.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff described Agentforce 360 as a platform that brings together people, digital agents, and data within a secure and unified environment. The company reported that more than 12,000 customers are already using the platform, including well-known names like Reddit, OpenTable, and Adecco.

As part of its wider strategy, Salesforce also revealed upgrades to Slack, its workplace messaging app. The update allows users to interact with conversational technology directly within chats to access information and carry out tasks—all within a framework designed with enterprise-level security and control.

These updates reflect Salesforce’s ongoing efforts to stay ahead in the evolving tech landscape by offering businesses smarter, more efficient solutions that reduce manual work and enable faster decision-making.
