The company says the platform is designed to simplify the management of cloud systems, business applications, and cybersecurity operations while reducing the amount of manual effort required from support teams.
BlueVerse for iRun combines AI agents with human supervision to handle routine operational tasks and respond to issues faster. The platform brings together enterprise data, workflows, system telemetry, and operational insights in a single environment, allowing it to detect problems, identify likely causes, and carry out approved actions automatically.
According to LTM, the platform can automate a significant share of issue-resolution activities. The company estimates that organizations using the solution could see faster incident handling and fewer service disruptions through proactive monitoring and automated responses.
Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer at LTM, said customers are looking beyond traditional support services and want technology operations that can adapt quickly while delivering measurable results. He said BlueVerse for iRun is intended to help businesses build more resilient operations by combining AI-driven decision-making with governed automation.
The launch reflects a larger shift taking place across the IT services sector. Companies are increasingly introducing AI-powered tools into application support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity services as they look to improve efficiency and reduce dependence on labour-intensive operating models.
Industry analysts expect managed services contracts to evolve further as automation becomes a larger part of daily operations. For service providers, this could free engineering teams from repetitive support work and allow them to focus on strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives.
LTM said BlueVerse for iRun will be available across application management, infrastructure services, and cybersecurity operations.
