Adobe and LinkedIn have introduced a new training program to help marketers learn how to use artificial intelligence in their everyday work.

Called AI Essentials for Marketers, the free program is aimed at professionals who want to better understand AI and how it can support marketing tasks such as content creation, campaign planning, social media management, and data analysis.

The initiative includes four courses tailored to different marketing roles. These cover digital marketing, creative and content work, social media and communications, and analytics. The courses are available in 47 languages on LinkedIn Learning, while additional learning resources can be found on Adobe Experience League.

The training content was created by BrandWorks, LinkedIn’s internal creative and strategy team, using short lessons that are designed to fit into busy work schedules.

The launch comes as more companies look for employees who understand AI tools and workflows. Data from LinkedIn shows that AI-related skills have become a major focus for marketing professionals. The company also found that the number of marketing job postings asking for AI knowledge has more than doubled over the past year.

Rachel Thornton, Chief Marketing Officer, Enterprise at Adobe, said AI is changing many aspects of marketing, from creative work to customer engagement. She said the new program is designed to help professionals understand those changes and make better use of emerging technologies.

LinkedIn Chief Marketing Officer Jessica Jensen said marketers are increasingly interested in learning about AI, but many are still figuring out how to apply it in their jobs. She said the partnership aims to provide practical training that people can start using right away.

Those who finish the courses will receive certificates that can be added to their LinkedIn profiles. Adobe and LinkedIn said they will continue updating the program as AI tools and industry needs evolve.
