Accenture has introduced a new leadership structure for its global consulting business, creating seven client-facing units known as “Reinvention Partners” along with three internal groups called “Reinvention Engines.” The move is part of a broader effort to reshape the company’s services organisation and strengthen its consulting capabilities as demand for large-scale digital transformation continues to grow.

The new framework will operate under Accenture’s Reinvention Services division, which is led by Chief Strategy and Services Officer Manish Sharma. According to the company, the updated structure will come into effect on March 31, 2026. The company said the changes are intended to help it develop solutions more quickly while integrating data and artificial intelligence more deeply into consulting engagements with clients.

Under the new model, the Reinvention Partners teams will work directly with enterprises to deliver end-to-end transformation programmes. These groups are designed to focus on key business capabilities while helping organisations modernise operations and adopt new technologies more effectively.

The seven Reinvention Partner units include Cybersecurity, Digital Core, Finance, Industry and Enterprise, Song, Supply Chain and Engineering, and Talent. These groups are led respectively by Harpreet Sidhu, Ajoy Menon, Arundhati Chakraborty, Muqsit Ashraf, Ndidi Oteh, Tracey Countryman, and Karalee Close. Each unit will concentrate on a specific aspect of enterprise transformation and will work closely with clients to design and implement solutions tailored to their operational needs.

According to the company, the Cybersecurity unit will focus on strengthening cyber resilience and protecting enterprises as they adopt emerging technologies. The Digital Core team will handle technology strategy and architecture while also working on data and AI initiatives, application modernisation, and cloud infrastructure development. The Finance unit will concentrate on improving financial performance and delivering deeper operational insights for organisations.

Meanwhile, the Industry and Enterprise group will focus on redesigning core industry value chains to help businesses adapt to changing market conditions. The Song unit will emphasise customer-driven growth through marketing, commerce, sales, and digital product capabilities. Supply Chain and Engineering will help organisations apply artificial intelligence and digital technologies across product development and asset lifecycles, while the Talent unit will support leadership development, workforce transformation, and broader organisational change.

Alongside these client-facing teams, Accenture has also created three internal groups known as Reinvention Engines, which are designed to strengthen the company’s capabilities, build skills, and accelerate innovation. These engines include AI and Data, led by Lan Guan, Industry and Process led by Jason Dess, and Technology led by Rajendra Prasad.

The AI and Data engine will focus on expanding artificial intelligence capabilities across the organisation, developing training programmes, and creating frameworks for building AI-enabled enterprise technology platforms. The Industry and Process engine will deepen sector expertise and design AI-driven transformation approaches, including frameworks for enterprise resource planning systems. Meanwhile, the Technology engine will work on advancing modern technology stacks and improving delivery capabilities across projects.

Accenture described these Reinvention Engines as operating like a combination of a world-class learning centre, an advanced innovation lab, and a large-scale industrial capability builder within the organisation. While the Reinvention Partners teams will focus on helping clients transform their businesses, the engines will concentrate on strengthening Accenture’s internal expertise and delivery capabilities.

Commenting on the restructuring, Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said the new structure reflects growing demand from companies seeking large-scale transformation initiatives. She noted that the Reinvention Services leadership team brings together the full breadth of Accenture’s expertise to address complex client challenges and deliver results more quickly, while also helping build a more AI-enabled and client-focused workplace for employees.

Sharma added that the redesigned structure aligns consulting services more closely with the way enterprises organise their operations and approach business challenges. According to him, the Reinvention Services model is built around how clients think about their problems, enabling Accenture to deliver transformation programmes at greater scale and with stronger impact.
