IT services company Hexaware Technologies has expanded its artificial intelligence capabilities by becoming an authorised reseller of Anthropic’s Claude AI models through Amazon Bedrock. The move enables the company to market, deploy, integrate, and support Claude-powered AI solutions for enterprise customers across global markets.
Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Web Services’ fully managed platform for building generative AI applications, provides developers with access to leading foundation models without the need to manage underlying infrastructure. Through this collaboration, Hexaware aims to simplify enterprise AI adoption by offering Claude models under a unified commercial framework.
Customers will be able to access end-to-end services, including procurement, implementation, ongoing support, and managed AI operations. Hexaware also plans to deliver tailored AI solutions using technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and domain-specific model customisation. These offerings are designed to help organisations deploy AI securely while meeting governance and compliance requirements, particularly in highly regulated industries.
The company intends to combine Anthropic’s Claude models with its consulting expertise, systems integration capabilities, and industry-focused solutions. The services will cater to businesses across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and retail.
Commenting on the development, Siddharth Dhar, President and Global Head of Digital IT Operations and AI at Hexaware, said the authorisation reflects the company’s strong AI capabilities and the confidence clients have placed in its expertise. He added that Claude’s emphasis on safety makes it well suited for organisations operating in regulated environments, while Hexaware’s industry knowledge and engineering capabilities will help transform AI models into practical business solutions.
Hexaware also plans to roll out Claude-powered applications for a wide range of enterprise use cases, including intelligent document processing, compliance automation, customer support, clinical data summarisation, supply chain intelligence, and AI-assisted software development. In addition, the company is strengthening its AI portfolio across software engineering, cybersecurity, and private equity transformation through its dedicated AI Centre of Excellence.
