MathCo has teamed up with Google Cloud to help companies bring AI into the core of their day-to-day work. Instead of using AI for scattered tasks, the focus here is on making it part of complete business workflows.

The partnership comes at a time when many organisations are still trying to see clear returns from their AI investments.

Under this collaboration, businesses will use Gemini Enterprise along with its agent-based tools and data connectivity to weave AI into different functions. The idea is simple—AI should not sit separately but work alongside teams as part of regular processes.

Despite growing adoption, results have been mixed across the industry. A 2026 Deloitte report points out that while many companies have seen productivity gains, only a smaller share is actually reshaping how they operate because of AI. For most, the direct impact on revenue is still modest.

MathCo believes the issue lies in how AI is being used. Its “Systemic AI” approach looks at the bigger picture, connecting data, models, and intelligent agents across entire workflows. This allows systems to handle multiple steps together, rather than solving one small problem at a time.

Aakarsh Kishore, Chief Product Officer at MathCo, said the effort is not just about rolling out new tools. It also involves helping businesses figure out where AI can truly make a difference and ensuring their data is organised well enough to support it.

The approach can be applied across sectors. In retail, it can link demand forecasting with pricing and inventory decisions in one flow. In consumer goods, it can connect planning with real-time performance tracking. In pharma, it can simplify tasks like content creation, approvals, and monitoring engagement.

Gemini Enterprise works as the base platform, bringing together models, tools, and data in one place. MathCo then integrates these capabilities into everyday business processes so that teams can see practical outcomes.

As companies continue to deal with disconnected systems and uneven adoption, the conversation is slowly shifting. It’s no longer just about building AI tools—it’s about making sure they actually work together and fit naturally into how businesses run.
